Mixed Berry Smoothie
Recipe:

1/2 cup of non-fat vanilla or plain yogurt or 1/2 cup of low-fat milk

1 banana
1/2 cup of low-fat yogurt or milk
5 ice cubes
1/2 of a sliced orange
